The Water Crisis in Guatemala

In rural Guatemala, millions lack access to clean drinking water, leading to waterborne illnesses that particularly affect children. Many families spend hours daily collecting water from contaminated sources.

Our Solution

We implement comprehensive water solutions including:

  • Filter training and assembly
  • Filter cleaning and maintenance instructions
  • Installation of household water filters

In rural Guatemala, many families lack access to basic vision care and cannot afford prescription glasses. Poor vision significantly impacts children's ability to learn in school and adults' capacity to work and provide for their families.
